旺代單人環球帆船賽（Vendée Globe） 是由法國組織的環球不靠岸航海賽，又名法國旺代不靠岸單人環球航海賽，始發於1989年，從1992年起每四年舉辦一屆，被公認為是最殘酷的航海賽之一。參賽帆船從法國啟航，駛向非洲海岸，途經好望角

環繞南極大陸，跨越合恩角，經過南美海岸，最後抵達法國大陸。在約4個月時間獨自航行26,000海里，只經由衛星電話及電子郵箱來聯絡，是人類對極限的挑戰。

Der Deutsche Boris Herrmann ist so etwas wie der Sieger der Herzen der diesjährigen Vendée Globe, der härtesten Segel-Regatta der Welt. Der charismatische Hamburger machte das Rennen zu einem fesselnden sportlichen und medialen Ereignis: 

In 80 Tagen geht es bei der Vendée Globe einmal rund um den Globus und durch alle Klima-, Wind- und Wetterbedingungen, die man sich vorstellen kann. Die Segler sind dabei in ihrem Boot auf sich allein gestellt.

路線:參賽選手從法國旺代的萊薩布勒多洛訥啟航，往南開經過非洲南端好望角，接著環繞南極海，跨越澳洲露紋角，再經過南美洲合恩角，最後北上回到法國。
